Blood vessel – A tubular structure which carries blood
Blood vessels are the structures of the circulatory
system that transport blood throughout the human body. These vessels transport
blood cells, nutrients, and oxygen to the tissues of the body. They also take
waste and carbon dioxide away from the tissues. Blood vessels are needed to
sustain life, because all the body's tissues rely on their functionality (Wikipedia).
What happens when you are in anxiety, stress, fear of
failure, and fear of others, fear of this, and fear of that? What happens when you think your life hangs
in the balance? You do not know if you are going to have enough money or enough
stuff. You wonder if you will have a job or worry about what is happening on
the job. Your worry about kids and
family. You may worry because you think your
life is a mess, you do not have any control, and you think about a whirlwind of
things that could go wrong. You continually think, “What about this?” and “What
about that?” You do not feel safe here. You do not feel safe there. You are in
a constant state of fear. One becomes
one with fear and fear controls their lives.
You can have a multitude of health issue due to stress, anxiety, and
fear.
Stress, anxiety, and fear results in a nerve signal
released to the sympathetic nervous system which causes our blood vessel walls
to become rigid. Our blood vessels have a membrane casing, which blood flows
through.
As you become scattered and feel smothered, the walls
or the membranes of your blood vessels and your arteries begin to stiffen. This
stiffening of the blood vessels is called cell membrane semi-rigidity. As the
cell membrane begins to stiffen, it begins to thicken. As it begins to thicken,
it begins to constrict. As it begins to
constrict. It narrows the diameter of the blood vessel which is carrying blood.
The blood is still flowing normally. But, as the blood
vessels begin to narrow from the thickening, only part of the blood is coming
through. The rest of the blood is backing up because the diameter of the blood
vessel is not big enough anymore. Pressure builds from the blood not being able
to flow normally. The pressure of the blood flowing through the blood vessels
can be measured in something called blood pressure. Normal blood pressure means
the blood is flowing correctly. In high blood pressure, the blood is backing up
due to narrowing or constriction.
When a doctor determines you have High Blood Pressure,
he wants to give you a drug which is a beta blocker. The beta blocker lies to
you. The beta blocker shuts down the neurological pathway causing this syndrome
that releases the nerve signal to stiffen the membranes of our blood vessels.
When the pathway is shut down, the semi-rigidity goes away, the blood vessel
opens and returns to its normal diameter and the blood flows.
Science and doctors are a good
resource in explaining symptoms of sickness and disease. Unfortunately, they cannot tell us the spiritual
and physical causes of sickness and disease.
They cannot heal anyone with sickness or disease. They just treat the symptoms.
Please bear with me as I review what
science knows about blood vessels and the symptoms. They all mention stress as a problem. Stress
is fear.
Medical Xpress – Mental stress constricts blood
vessels.
Cleveland Clinic – Too much Vasoconstriction, (muscle
tightening from stress can raise you blood pressure).
Intramural Blog – Psychological stress/anxiety damages
the brains blood vessels and worsens mental health.
National Library
of Medicine - Brain-heart
connections to stress and cardiovascular disease.
WWW.Science. Org – Chronic psychosocial stress is
associated with increased cardiovascular disease.
Havard Health
Publishing – Mental stress can curtail
blood flow to the heart
Mayo Clinic – Reactions to stress can affect blood
pressure
So, we know how stress can affect
blood vessels, but they do not know how to eradicate the stress (fear)?
Fear definition – An unpleasant emotion. Like
words are terror, fright, destress, worry, and anxiety.
Stress definition – A state of mental or emotional
strain or tension. Like words are anxiety,
worry, and nervousness.
Anxiety definition – A feeling of worry, nervousness,
or unease. Like words are worry, stress, and fear
Worry definition – A state of anxiety (worry). Like words are stress and fear.
These four word definitions above are
a necessity to understand the reason God mentions the word “fear” 365 time in
the Bible and the many, many causes of sickness and disease due to fear. These words are interconnected or linked
together
I cannot tell you the number of times
people will say “I don’t have fear.”
Well, if you have stress and anxiety, and worry, you have fear. We all have fear and fear is very detrimental
to our physical and mental health.
Fear is an evil spirit and it is
called a demon in the Bible (Mark 16:17 And these signs will follow those who
believe: In My name they will cast out demons).
Every fear (stress and anxiety) is its own individual fear. Fear is not one huge fear mountain. We can have thousands of individual fears
and they will remain until we cast them out in Jesus’ name. Fear will not go away on its own.
I have few illnesses to share with you
that has fear as the primary cause. I
share these because they are good example of what fear does to our mental and
physical health. All can be eradicated
by effective prayer.
Depression – Depression is caused by anxiety
(fear). We know this because God tells
us in the Bible. Anxiety in the heart
of man causes depression Proverbs 12:25 NKJV. Havard Health Publishing says there are many
chemical imbalances in the brain are the cause of depression. Doctors prescribe meds for the depression and
symptoms remain. Seems to me this is much more complicated than what God tells
us in Proverbs. God tells us fear is the cause of depression. So, what does God give us to heal
depression? He gives us power
(authority) to cast out fear, 2 Timothy 1:7 For God has not given us a
spirit of fear, but of power (authority) and of love and of a sound
mind.
Fear is an evil spirit (demon) and a
multitude of different fears causes depression. God give us power to cast out fears in Jesus’
name and we will be healed. No meds or doctors
needed because God promises healing. My
question is: Why do people and especially Believers continue to make doctors
their first and only option for depression?
Roots definition: A dysphoric low mood disorder caused by
fear, anger, and despair causing a level of futility (hopelessness) in one’s
current circumstances. It facilitates adaptation to disappointment resulting in
a pathological vicious cycle.
Possible Spiritual Roots: Conflict at
the spirit and/or soul level; spirits of: heaviness and oppression (Spirit of
Stupor Romans 11:8); lack of self-esteem; self-bitterness, self-rejection,
self-hatred, and guilt causing low serotonin; fear (as in stress and anxiety);
sometimes spirits that might have gained access because of a lack of nurturing
in childhood. Depression is a result of
a chemical imbalance in the body. It is produced by conflict at the spirit
and/or soul level in which the limbic system responds to this stress and the
depression is a result of the of the chemical imbalance produce by the body in
response.
Note: Prolonged exposure to depression
leads to oppression and with it comes the spirit of stupor (Romans 11:8 God has given them a spirit of stupor, Eyes that they
should not see and ears that they should not hear, To this very day”). Stupor is a condition of greatly dulled or
completely suspended sense or sensibility; a drunken stupor; specifically: a
chiefly mental condition marked by absence of spontaneous movement, greatly
diminished responsiveness to stimulation, and usually impaired
consciousness. Also, stupor can be a
state of extreme apathy (lack of emotion or interest) or torpor (a state of
physical or mental inactivity; lethargy/fatigue) resulting often from stress
(fear) or shock: daze. You will find fatigue and lethargy is one of the primary
symptoms of depression/oppression. They
are in deep captivity where darkness does not allow one to see or hear.
Hair Loss / Baldness –The hair follicle is an
organ found in mammalian skin. It
resides in the dermal layer of the skin and is made up of 20 different cell
types, each with distinct functions. The hair follicle regulates hair growth
via a complex interaction between hormones, neuropeptides, and immune cells.
This complex interaction induces the hair follicle to produce different types
of hair as seen on different parts of the body.
Hair starts growing at the bottom of a
hair follicle. The root of the hair is made up of protein cells and is
nourished by blood from nearby blood vessels. As more blood cells are created,
the hair grows out of the skin and reaches the surface.
Fear causes vessels to narrow to the
point that the blood feeding the hair follicle becomes less and less. Eventually, lack of blood will not allow the
follicle to produce hair. You see this
hair loss with the elderly. I see hair
loss with young adults as well, especially women who have extreme
stress/anxiety/fear trying to live up to what society expects from young women. When I see baldness in younger people,
especially men, it leads me to looking at generational fear.
Possible Spiritual
Roots: Generational spirits of:
relationship fears due to victimization; self-blame; self-accusation;
self-rejection, self-bitterness, self-hatred, and guilt; heaviness and
oppression; ungodly grief, shame, and sorrow. Fear of not feeling loved or
worthy to be loved.
Note: Fear constricts the blood
vessels reducing the flow to the hair follicles.
Erectile
Dysfunction and Impotence
Erectile dysfunction (impotence) is
the inability to get and keep an erection firm enough for sex. Having erection trouble from time to time is
not necessarily a cause for concern. If erectile dysfunction is an ongoing
issue, however, it can cause additional stress, affect your self-confidence,
and contribute to relationship problems.
Again, fear comes into play because
fear constricts the blood vessels. This
restricts the amount of blood needed for erection. It is mostly specific to men over 50 years of
age due to thousands of fears piling on over the years.
Possible Spiritual
Root: Spirits of: fear (as in stress,
anxiety, and worry) coming out of self-rejection and lack of self-esteem; fear
of intimacy; fear of rejection; fear of failure; shame; fear of not being
loved, fear of not being worthy, heaviness, oppression, and regrets.
Note:
Fear (feeling unloved or rejected) constricts (narrows) the blood
vessels restricting blood flow to the penis.
Rejection by the spouse and the spouse not living up to a man’s
expectations can have a profound effect on the man’s ability to have an
erection. Unfortunately, Hollywood, TV,
and media have altered man’s expectations of women to an unrealistic level. Men’s unreasonable expectations lead to the
man having un-forgiveness, anger, and bitterness due to feeling rejected, by a
women or wife.
Impotence
Spirits of:
fear (as in stress and anxiety) coming out of self-rejection and lack of
self-esteem; fear of intimacy; fear of rejection; fear of failure; shame;
feeling unloved, heaviness and oppression (spirit of stupor Romans 11:8).
Most God-fearing believers fail to
believe what God tells us in the Bible regarding sickness and disease. They fail to understand that doctors cannot
heal you. Doctors and the medical field
can only treat the symptoms. The church
is not any different. They pray for the
symptoms. They tell you not to do this and
not to do that and the flock remains sick and diseased. We ask God to heal us, which is not a bad
thing, but God sent His only Son to teach us how to heal as He did. God wants us to bring believers and
nonbelievers out of captivity, but we fail because of a lack of knowledge, My
people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected
knowledge, I also will reject you from being priest for Me; Because you have
forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children, Hosea
4:6. The Bible and the Holy Spirit
are there for us to bring people out of captivity.
Ask yourself why the church and the
Body of Christ are in stupor? Romans 11:8 Just as it is written: “God has
given them a spirit of stupor, eyes that they should not see and ears that they
should not hear, To this very day.” Ask
yourself, your pastor, and the body of Christ why they go to church events and
church service sick and diseased and leave sick and diseased? Ask your pastor or the congregation why they do
not have a healing and deliverance ministry like Jesus had with His disciples? Healing and deliverance in the church is not
an option with God. Very few doing it. Very few are praying with effective
prayer, James 5:16 Therefore, confess your sins to one another [your false
steps, your offenses], and pray for one another, that you may be healed and
restored. The heartfelt and persistent (effective) prayer of a righteous man
(believer) can accomplish much [when put into action and made effective by
God—it is dynamic and can have tremendous power. Amplified Version.
Bottom line is we and the church are
not holding ourselves accountable to God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, and what the
bible teaches us.
A prayer and healing ministry is very
difficult and very frustrating, because most people do not believe and if they
kind of believe, they do not make themselves available for effective
prayer. Most want instant healing, but
they fail to understand that it is a process.
We can cast out fear, bitterness, anger, unforgiveness, and unloving,
but when they bring back these thoughts we need to pray again. Little by little these issues began to
minimize until they are not an issue anymore. Praying resulting in healing is a
process. You cannot have unforgiveness
towards someone for fifty years and expect instant deliverance. Again, healing of our sinful ways is a
process.
Lastly, we are responders to what we
think physically and emotionally either good or bad. T.
